Gender equality and sports leadership, Lucy Piggott, Chichester University

Lucy will be talking about her work on gender equity in the leadership teams of two large English sport organisations. She will discuss the challenges for women leaders in obtaining sport leadership positions, including gendered organisational culture, and also identify strategies for change.
